Rental Terms and Conditions for Cricket's Corner Community Dog Park

Rental Availability: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 11a.m. to 4 p.m.
Hourly rate: $25.00
Deposit: $50.00

• RCHS must receive your signed application, deposit and rental fee one (1) week prior to the rental date. Mastercard and Visa accepted. RCHS will maintain deposit on file for frequent users.
• Cancellations for refunds must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeit of fees. All deposit refund checks will be returned by mail within 5-7 working days.
• If the park is closed due to weather conditions on your reservation date, a credit will be given toward future rental of the park. Please call 760-753-6413 in advance for park closure information.
• Cricket's Corner is closed for observance of Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
• Food consumption must be limited to inside the small fenced in area of the park.
• Renters are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and guests and are responsible for the orderly behavior of all in attendance. The park must be left in the condition it was found to prevent forfeit of the deposit.
• Undue noise or misconduct may result in rejection of future use of the park.
• Smoking and alcohol consumption on the premises is prohibited.
• Dogs must be on leash entering and prior to leaving the park and you must carry a leash while using the park. Dogs must be leashed immediately at the first sign of aggression towards people or other dogs and removed if necessary.
• Each renter may bring 2 dogs per adult; limit 10 adults and 20 dogs per visit.
• Parking is available in the dog park lot or outside the gate of the main entrance to the shelter.
• Rental of Cricket's Corner Community Dog Park does not include use of the RCHS Education Center.
• Rancho Coastal Humane Society reserves the right to refuse use of the park to any person or group deemed inappropriate.
• Park use is entirely at the risk of renter. Renters are legally responsible for their dogs and any injuries or damages caused by them or their guests.
• If a dispute arises out of this agreement, the parties agree to take their dispute to the American Arbitration Association of San Diego County for binding arbitration before any further action is filed.
