Rancho Coastal Humane Society Thrift Shop
Your donations or purchases directly benefit the homeless animals in our care. Rancho Coastal Humane Society is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization and contributions are tax deductible.
| What to Donate Donations of new or used merchandise are accepted at the shop during regular business hours. Please do not deliver Thrift Shop donations to the shelter. The Thrift Shop especially appreciates donations of clothing, tools, small appliances, furniture, household goods, books, electronics and jewelry. |

The Thrift Shop does not have on-site laundry or repair. Therefore, for items to benefit the humane society, they must be clean and in working condition. Items that are soiled or are broken cannot be prepared for sale and the Thrift Shop must expend additional costs to discard theses items. Unfortunately, the thrift shop cannot accept large CRT computer monitors, large appliances, mattresses, box springs, children's car seats or toys due to the expense of recycling and state and federal legislation.
Large Item Pick-Up
For large items such as furniture, a pick up can be scheduled. To schedule an appointment, call (760) 753-0970. Unfortunately we are unable to accept mattresses, box springs and large appliances.
